Please provide current income documentation such as 3 pay stubs or other confirmation to support your ability to provide on time rent payments.

All rent payments are due on or before the 1st of the month. Late charges are $75 on the 5th, and $20 per day until 10th. If rent is not paid in full by 10th, resident is subject to eviction.

Landlord pays water and sewer bills. Tenant pays electric and cable bills.
